Huntsworth Incepta* agency, The Red Consultancy is opening new offices in San Francisco to add to its London and New York offices. While I was in the UK, Red was one of the hot shops and did some great work (and probably still does). They sold to Incepta a few years back and have since embarked on a transatlantic expansion strategy. The New York office opened in 2003. The SF office is currently putting out feelers to recruit its founding team.

Good to see more firms taking an international approach. News is global. Agencies must be too if they want to advise clients, even on domestic campaigns.

* Erratum – Incepta and Huntsworth merged earlier this year, so Incepta as an entity is no more. My mistake.
